Our couriers will usually deliver between 9am and 5pm Mondays to Friday. Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 days. An extra delivery charge will be applicable for deliveries to Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scotland, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands. Sending items to more than one address
We can deliver all or part of your order to addresses other than your own. Please contact us to arrange

Non Delivery and Damaged Goods
If goods have not been received within 14 days of invoice we must be advised immediately. Shortage or damage must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. Resellers must inspect all goods at the time of receipt as our Carriers will only accept claims for damage if the delivery sheet is marked "GOODS DAMAGED". Minor blemishes to paint whilst in transit will not be accepted as reason for rejection of product.
We are sure you will be entirely satisfied with all products purchased through our website. However, in the unlikely event that you wish to return an item to us, please telephone us to arrange. This does not affect your statutory rights. Goods in good condition will only be accepted for return by prior written agreement with 14 days of receipt.
After 21 days of dispatch, we will assume that you are happy with your goods and return is not available.
Goods manufactured specially for Reseller will not be accepted for credit.

No fault returns will be free of charge e.g damaged product or not the correct product.

If you wish to return your product please follow the following procedure
Contact us to let us know, quoting your order number and reason for return. Please also let us know if you wish to receive replacement goods or a refund. Link to contact us page
Goods must be returned in their original packaging.
We will arrange for our carrier to collect the product. We require the goods to be available for collection during normal business hours and goods must be returned in their original condition.
Replacement goods will be despatched or refunds will be processed after receipt by us of the returned goods.
If you paid extra for next day delivery or an enhanced delivery, unfortunately this is not refundable.

Refunds are given at the discretion of Bluetrolley. Please contact our Sales Team to discuss. Made to measure and/or bespoke goods are not applicable for refunds.
