Trolley

Trolley and truck is the trade in which we specialise. With over a quarter of a decade of materials handling trading, we have vast experience to offer in the design and development of our products. Each trolley that we design has been carefully tried and tested during the development stage. During the design stage we will produce prototypes for testing until we reach the best possible design. Our range of trolleys is such that it has a trolley for many industries. One example of this is the narrow aisle trolley. The narrow aisle trolley is one that is typically used within the warehousing industry.

It is ideal for wheeling between racking where space is limited and in addition the fitting of swivel castors enhances its manoeuvrability within a tight space. The narrow aisle trolley has an ample flat bed that is suitable for carrying boxes and the like, also enabling any items to be stacked easily to optimise the loading capacity. Another of our specialities is a delivery trolley. Delivery trolleys are widely used within the materials handling industry. A delivery trolley can take many shapes and forms for varying customer needs. One of the main users of a delivery trolley is the parcel delivery industry. Parcel delivery companies move many varieties of packages and as such their trolleys needs are also wide and varied. For example a popular trolley within the parcel delivery industry is a parcel cage which usually has a flat bed and mesh sides. Some parcel cages also have doors which may be locked or padlocked for added security.

Another popular trolley that we stock is a shelf trolley. The shelf trolley several models derived from the standard model. The trolley bas is flat and fitted with hardwearing plywood. The trolley comes with two swivel wheels as standard but the actual specification can be varied to suit a customers requirements. The standard model of the shelf trolley is approximately 1700 millimetre tall and comes with three fixed shelves in addition to the base bed. These shelves are also of hardwearing plywood. The next model up in the shelf trolley range is the adjustable shelf trolley. This trolley has welded mesh sides and a hardwearing plywood base. In addition it has three adjustable plywood shelves. Both versions of this shelf trolley is available with a hardwearing powder coated blue finish.
