• Our products designs are regularly reviewed to ensure that they continue to comply with requirements
• Inspections and test are carried out, and all components and materials, bought in or otherwise, conform to specifications
• Any complaints we receive are satisfactorily dealt with and in a timely manner
• Feedback from complaints are used to initiate improvements in the products
• Both negative and positive feedback from the user and the customer is used to review designs and processes
• Product and/or process change management and notification is utilised throught our processes
