Because no-one understands your requirements better than you, we have prepared a three step approach to ensure that your company obtains the right solution to solve your specific handling problems.

Step 1- Assess the problem
One of our experienced engineers will visit you and listen carefully to your handling needs and discuss with you the options available to address your needs.

You can discuss any lifting and moving restrictions and also consider the health and safety issues involved.

This is a "no-obligation" visit.
Step 2 - Propose the solution
Proposing the solution We will propose a solution to your handling needs. Remember, our Engineers have experienced many different ways of solving handling problems and will be able to suggest solutions that are innovative and unusual.

Once we have arrived at a solution to your requirements, we will produce an illustration to set down the design concept.

We can then discuss any required alterations to the design in order to move on to the next step.
Step 3 - Prepare the prototype
Preparing the solution After step 2 has been completed, the production team will make a working prototype based on the final agreed design. This prototype is often free of charge.

We will then arrange delivery of your prototype for you to use and trial.

Usually, it is the engineer who has been working on your project who will deliver the prototype giving you the opportunity to discuss the further development of your design.
