Continue shopping until you have everything you require, then hit the 'My Basket' link to see a summary of your basket contents. When you are happy with your basket contents click on the 'Secure Checkout' link to begin the checkout process. You can pay for your goods using any of the following payment cards:
Delivery Information
The majority of orders will be delivered free to any postal address within mainland England and Wales. However, if you place an order for Castors to a value of less than £50, then an additional £12.50 charge will be added to cover the cost of postage and packaging. This charge will be clearly displayed on the My Basket summary page.
At Bluetrolley we try to make it our policy to absorb the costs of delivery charges. However, on larger items, and with rising carriage costs and surcharges from carriers, it is possible that we may have to charge a carriage cost. In the event that this applies to your order we will contact you before processing your order and your card will not be debited without your instruction.
Our couriers will usually deliver between 9am and 5pm Mondays to Friday. Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 days. An extra delivery charge will be applicable for deliveries to Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scotland, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey. Please contact our Sales team for details. Next Day Delivery can be arranged if requested but may incur additional costs. Please contact us to discuss.

Sending items to more than one address
We can deliver all or part of your order to addresses other than your own. Please contact us to arrange.
Refunds and Returns
We are sure you will be entirely satisfied with all products purchased through our website. However in the unlikely event that you wish to return an item to us, please telephone us to arrange. You will be liable for cost of return delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
